Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 6+ years in mechanical building systems design.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• United States citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques for HVAC systems using BIM.
• Coordinate HVAC with other disciplines to produce building system designs and generate reports.
• Review standards, participate in proposals, project planning, and staffing; develop system narratives and documentation.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for mechanical system coordination with other design professionals.
• Independently manage multiple projects from concept through commissioning and post-occupancy.
• Perform energy calculations; assist in proposals and maintain client relationships.
