Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search).

Responsibilities

• Lead, design, and manage new and upgraded hydropower projects from concept to completion.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with quality programs across projects and teams.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and calculations; manage budget, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior staff and support resource management on small multi-discipline teams.
