Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Architectural or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• EIT certification or FE exam within 18 months of hire.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing HVAC and plumbing systems, including master planning, feasibility studies, and mechanical systems such as co-generation.
• Reviewing draft designs for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; ensuring firm policies are followed.
• Performing site reviews and studies to ensure designs align with location specifications.
• Contributing to Technical Knowledge Management by developing white papers and technical design documentation.
• Attending industry conferences to enhance the firm’s visibility and promote products and services, collaborating with sales teams.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff; supervising project work as needed.
• Performing other duties as required.
