Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional A/E experience in mechanical engineering and building design.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is required.
• Tennessee Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing, fire protection, process piping and related systems.
• Experience supporting building renovation and multi-discipline design projects.
• Demonstrated leadership to mentor engineers and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC design efforts and develop integrated mechanical solutions for complex building projects.
• Prepare and oversee construction documents, reports, specifications, and other deliverables.
• Perform mechanical analysis and option/cost-benefit analyses to evaluate solutions.
• Direct construction administration, coordinate field issues with contractors and teams.
• Provide mechanical project management including scheduling, budgeting, proposals and business development.
