A leading engineering firm in Nashville is seeking a Mid-Senior level Mechanical Engineer designer to handle HVAC and plumbing design projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, an EIT, and a professional license, along with over 5 years of experience in commercial building design. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is required. This is a full-time position with site visits and teamwork essential to the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in HVAC and plumbing design of commercial buildings.
• Experience working remotely.
• Proficient in plumbing load calculations, pump sizing, and pipe sizing.

Responsibilities

• Answer RFIs and review contractor submittals.
• Perform construction site visits as needed.
• Represent company in design meetings with architects, engineers, and contractors.
