Job Description

Olsson’s Facility Engineering and Design Team is recognized for delivering innovative solutions on technically complex, large‑scale projects across diverse industries—including commercial developments, healthcare facilities, laboratories, educational institutions, data centers, and military installations. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be a technical leader and strategic partner, driving excellence in design and execution for projects that shape communities and industries. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who combine deep technical expertise with leadership and mentoring skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Complex Projects: Serve as the primary engineer on large, multi‑disciplinary projects with advanced technical requirements.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.

  • Expertise in HVAC design for vertical infrastructure (healthcare, labs, mission‑critical facilities).

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
