The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years of HVAC design experience, and strong skills in Revit/AutoCAD, with a proven record managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships within diverse project types.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• PE license required.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering and HVAC design experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, energy-efficient building design, plumbing systems, and codes.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and industry-standard mechanical design software.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring staff.
• Healthcare, higher education, commercial, and public-sector project experience preferred.
