Qualifications

• 12+ years of mechanical engineering experience.
• Professional Engineering license.

Responsibilities

• HVAC design and specifications using CAD tools.
• Compute air flow, heat load, and equipment specs for large facilities.
• Develop sequences of operations for air handlers, chillers and controls.
• Prepare activation and test plans per SMACNA/ASHRAE standards.
• Develop system piping diagrams and select piping materials.
• Design chilled, hot, potable, and waste-water systems.
• Oversee installation and testing of security and fire protection systems.
• Oversee mechanical design and construction of facilities equipment and piping.
• Ensure compliance with SMACNA and ASHRAE standards.
