Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in HVAC and plumbing design for buildings.
• A Professional Engineering License (PE) is required.
• Prior management or mentoring of staff required.
• Strong design experience with medium/large commercial and institutional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate HVAC, plumbing, and piping system construction drawings.
• Perform construction administration including submittal reviews.
• Engage in code research and application.
• Mentor and coordinate production staff.
