Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in HVAC and plumbing design for buildings.
A Professional Engineering License (PE) is required.
Prior management or mentoring of staff required.
Strong design experience with medium/large commercial and institutional facilities.
Responsibilities
Prepare accurate HVAC, plumbing, and piping system construction drawings.
Perform construction administration including submittal reviews.
Engage in code research and application.
Mentor and coordinate production staff.
