Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• P.E. licensure is required.
• 10+ years in the AEC industry preferred; healthcare project experience required.
• ASHRAE 170 and FGI Guidelines familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and documentation of large-scale mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection) from concept through construction.
• Validate key mechanical calculations and integrate results into designs.
• Coordinate with architectural, electrical, structural, and civil teams to resolve conflicts.
• Represent the firm in client-facing settings and mentor team members.
• Perform site visits and generate professional reports; guide QAQC for mechanical deliverables.
