Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; PE desirable.
• 15+ years of mechanical design or related experience.
• Experience in HVAC and plumbing design; healthcare engineering a plus.

Responsibilities

• Multi-discipline project management, design and deliverable execution.
• Client and Junior Staff Management.
• Project due dates.
• Time management.
• HVAC and plumbing calculations.
• Building load analysis via Trane Trace or Carrier HP.
• Building/equipment and program assessment, study capability.
• Project specification development (book specs), equipment selection.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Typical construction administration including shop drawing review, RFI's and project closeouts.
