Qualifications

• 6+ years of mechanical design engineering experience including early-stage conceptual design and detailed design for low-to-mid volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead rapid-prototyping efforts delivering multiple iterations of concepts quickly.
• Drive end-to-end discussions on system assembly design, prototyping, tooling needs for high-precision evaluation.
• Apply thermodynamics, precision mechanism design and motion control know-how.
• Collaborate with HW Engineering, Human Factors, and R&D teams on ergonomic challenges.
• Design and build platforms/tools leveraging ergonomic and anthropometric considerations.
