Job summary

Realta Fusion Inc. seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical design and integration of beamline components, ion sources, and high-voltage/RF hardware for a first-of-a-kind fusion pilot plant in Madison.

You will work with physicists and technicians to commission and operate groundbreaking experiments in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5–10+ years in ion sources or accelerator components, strong CAD/analysis skills (SolidWorks, Ansys, COMSOL), and hands-on UHV
