Responsibilities

• Lead complex mechanical product development for composite radome structures using ANSYS and CATIA.
• Perform FEA, structural evaluations, and simulations as required.
• Design mechanical, structural, and electrical elements and support manufacturing.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive quality and cost reductions.
• Coordinate with teams to implement production improvements and train staff.
• Diagnose production issues and recommend productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Propose materials and equipment to improve quality and efficiency.
