Job summary

Prismatik Dentalcraft, a division of Glidewell Dental, is seeking a senior mechanical engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy automated manufacturing machinery. You will create sub-systems, perform tolerance analyses, and collaborate with electrical and control engineers to ensure seamless integration. The role is fully onsite at our Irvine, CA campus.

Remote or hybrid work is not available. Requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 8+ years in factory automation; salary range

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in related field.
• Experience designing custom factory automation equipment.
• Advanced with SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Designs, tests, and deploys machinery for automated manufacturing.
• Creates sub-systems and layouts for equipment and assemblies.
• Collaborates with engineering teams and build crew to validate fit and function.
