Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 7+ years of mechanical product design experience.
• SolidWorks experience (Pro/E or AutoCAD a plus).
• Experience designing injection-molded plastic, sheet metal, and electro-mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical design and development of electro-mechanical products from concept through production.
• Design components including enclosures, housings, headsets, speaker systems, mounting hardware, and related accessories.
• Develop 3D models, production drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation using SolidWorks.
• Build prototypes, perform testing, and drive product improvements through design verification and validation.
• Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T reviews, FMEA, and structural, thermal, and airflow analysis.
• Collaborate with electrical, acoustic, manufacturing, supply chain, and product management teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
• Support manufacturing, engineering change orders (ECOs), regulatory compliance, and continuous product improvements.
