The role focuses on leading design efforts for district thermal systems and contributing to business development, with strong emphasis on technical leadership and mentorship.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in district thermal utility systems, a PE license, and ABET-accredited mechanical engineering

Qualifications

• Leadership and project management experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience performing life cycle cost evaluations (LCCA) for mechanical systems.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-disciplinary teams and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and design for district thermal systems (hot water, chilled water, steam).
• Contribute to business development within district utilities.
• Perform detailed analyses including LCCA and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical direction.
