Job summary

Jobot in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers and Designers to work on large-scale MEPS design-build projects. You will design and deliver mechanical building systems, develop layouts and calculations, and use Revit throughout the process.

This hybrid role offers direct collaboration with construction teams, greater project ownership, and opportunities to mentor junior staff. A 10+ year background and strong client-facing skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of mechanical engineering/design experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Strong Revit proficiency.
• Experience designing mechanical systems for buildings.
• Experience with multifamily, high-rise residential, hospitality, commercial, healthcare, data center, or similar projects.
• High-rise apartments, hotels, condos, or student housing experience is highly desirable.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating work.
• PE License is a plus.
• Stable employment history preferred.
• Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
