Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of professional mechanical engineering experience.
• CAD proficiency and experience with engineering drawings.
• GD&T experience and prototyping, fabrication, and testing.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Secret Clearance; travel up to 10%.
• Experience with rugged hardware, environmental testing, and production release.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, test, and release mechanical components, assemblies, and enclosures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and design reviews.
• Lead risk mitigation, documentation, and product quality improvements.
• Improve manufacturability and reduce production costs.
• Support production release and qualification activities.
