Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years in biotech/med devices/robotics/high-tech instrumentation.
• Strong fundamentals in kinematics/dynamics, thermals, materials, fluids, and stress.
• Proficient in 3D CAD design and simulation; FEA and tolerance analysis expertise.
• Experience with complex electromechanical assemblies (motors, pumps, sensors, etc.).
• Knowledge of product lifecycle, design controls, transfer to manufacturing, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of large-scale mechanical systems and subsystems.
• Guide development of novel mechanical approaches for biotech applications and automation.
• Mentor the engineering team and drive process improvements.
• Ensure designs meet regulatory, performance, and quality standards.
