Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product development with demonstrated ownership of hardware from prototype to production.
• Strong fundamentals in heat transfer, fluid mechanics, solid mechanics, and mechatronics.
• Experience designing for high-volume manufacture: injection molding, sheet metal, castings, extrusions, weldments.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical R&D for Fleetzero battery modules from concept through production-ready design.
• Build and test prototypes, running experiments, and iterating quickly.
• Manage and release engineering drawings, GD&T callouts, and BOMs in Solidworks PDM.
