Job summary

SAVOYE NORTH AMERICA designs and integrates automated material handling systems for warehouse environments. This Mechanical Engineer III role focuses on design consultations, system integration, and delivering turnkey solutions with a strong customer focus.

You will participate in sales support, provide engineering analyses, and lead project delivery from concept to installation. A background in CAD tools and field experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of proven experience in automated material handling with full system integration.
• Experience with selection and integration of automated equipment including conveyors, palletizing equipment, packaging equipment, scanners, and ASRS.
• Working knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver automated material handling solutions for diverse customers.
• Lead technical discussions with customers and vendors; prepare drawings and documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Travel up to 20% for sales support, design, and installation activities.
