Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in automation, equipment design, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficient with CAD and technical software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, MATLAB, Python, or R.
  • Experience designing and specifying mechanical components and automation solutions, including stepper motors, servo motors, and linear actuators.
  • Ability to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components with strong attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and design mechanical components and systems for precision automation equipment in compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Utilize CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor to create detailed designs and documentation.
  • Apply precision motion control and assembly methods to support high-accuracy automation solutions.

  • Conduct data analysis, modeling, simulation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to validate designs and improve system reliability.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including design specifications, technical reports, and validation protocols.
  • Stay current with advancements in automation technology and precision engineering to support innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Programming knowledge in Python, C++, MATLAB, or PLC programming languages.
  • Experience with system‑level troubleshooting, performance optimization, and design validation in precision applications.
  • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Salary & Benefits

Salary range: $83,134.00 – $114,310.00 (assuming full‑time status). Starting pay depends on experience, location, and market demands.
