You will own projects from concept through certification, production launch, and customer implementation while working directly with operators, engineering teams, manufacturing, and key partners.

Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5+ years of mechanical product design experience.
• 3+ years of SolidWorks experience.
• FAA certification, DO-160, or field engineering experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and product development projects from concept through production release.
• Develop 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and documentation using SolidWorks.
• Manage aircraft installation programs and customer-specific engineering projects.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and operations to improve products and processes.
• Support certification, qualification testing, and technical documentation efforts.
• Serve as a technical leader and customer-facing resource throughout programs.
