Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10–15 years of engineering experience.
• Deep technical expertise in your field and knowledge of the product life cycle.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain difficult information and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and implement concepts for significantly complex product issues and engineering solutions.
• Lead or execute engineering projects and spearhead research and development of new technologies.
• Identify and troubleshoot a wide range of significantly complex engineering problems.
• Specify or perform significantly complex engineering analysis.
• Communicate with internal and external customers regarding significantly complex engineering issues to address customers’ High Value Problems (HVP) for a range of products.
• Generate product specifications; define, coordinate, perform and document engineering tests.
• Specify the development, design, or modification of complex engineering layouts, schematics, drawings, or specifications.
• Specify and review engineering documentation and engineering processes.
