Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years of mechanical design and development experience.
• Expertise in structural FEA and thermal analysis.
• Experience with injection-molded plastics and high-volume production.

Responsibilities

• Own mechanical design and detailed implementation of subsystems from concept to production release.
• Perform advanced structural, vibration, modal, and heat transfer analyses.
• Lead design trade studies and material/architecture down-selection.
• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and GD&T in SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers for manufacturability.
