BRINC Drones Inc. is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead end-to-end design of drones and related electro-mechanical systems. You will own the full lifecycle from concept to validation, balancing performance with manufacturability.

The role requires hands-on design ownership, fluency in plastics and metals, and experience with precision actuators, gimbals, and high-stress environments. Join a fast-paced team delivering emergency-response technology.

Qualifications

• Experience designing electro-mechanical systems from concept to production.
• Hands-on ability to craft proof-of-concept prototypes.
• Expertise in precision mechanisms, motion control and kinematics.
• Familiar with manufacturing methods: molding, casting, stamping or machining.
• Able to communicate design decisions to leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of critical electro-mechanical systems with CAD drawings and prototyping.
• Make engineering decisions with incomplete information in a fast-paced setting.
• Collaborate with electrical, software, perception and manufacturing teams.
• Influence direction and communicate tradeoffs to leadership.
