  • Sign and seal mechanical engineering drawings and specifications;

  • Project & Client Management;

  • Serve as Project Manager or engineering lead for mechanical-prime projects, providing direct client interface and managing project execution;

  • Develop project schedules, manage and track progress, and ensure on-time delivery of engineering deliverables;

  • Prepare and manage mechanical engineering fees and resource plans;

  • Work closely with MEP department heads to allocate staffing and technical resources;

  • Monitor budgets throughout the design process and ensure alignment with project financial goals;

  • Cross-Discipline Coordination;

  • Collaborate closely with architectural, structural, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure fully coordinated design solutions;

  • Support field questions, contractor coordination, and construction administration activities as needed;

  • Mentorship & Team Development;

  • Provide continuous mentorship to junior engineers and designers;

  • Deliver presentations and contribute to in-house continuing education programs.
