Gradian is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead thermal management design for large-scale data center and manufacturing systems, focusing on liquid cooling (RDHX and CDU) and manufacturability.

You will mentor engineers, manage cross-functional projects from sale to shipment, collaborate with production, supply chain, and sales, and drive continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or production engineering environments.

Responsibilities

Position Summary:The Senior Mechanical Engineer is a technical leader responsible for designing and developing advanced thermal management and production solutions for high-performance systems, with a focus on large-scale, complex projects in data center, high-density, and manufacturing applications. This role requires deep expertise in thermal calculations, liquid cooling technologies (including RDHX and CDU), design for manufacturability, and experience leading cross-functional teams. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will drive technical strategy, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, sales, and business functions to ensure successful execution of complex projects.
