Job Description General Responsibilities The Mechanical Design Engineer will be a member of a multi-Disciplined engineering team to provide innovative thermal test solutions to the semiconductor industry. The position is responsible for the mechanical design, development, testing, documentation, and manufacturing process implementation of new products and to support products already in the field.
