• Strong working knowledge of bearings, shafts, gearing, motors, drives, ball or roller screws, linear motion, and tight‑tolerance components.
• Experience using CAD and engineering analysis tools, ideally including SolidWorks and ANSYS, plus sound FEA and tolerance‑analysis fundamentals.
• The communication skills and credibility to collaborate across functions and represent engineering confidently with customers.
