Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Basic understanding of electrical machine design and principles.
• Ability to work in the Erie, PA area throughout the contract.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for new and existing products.
• Perform engineering analysis, testing, integration, and troubleshooting with guidance from senior engineers.

Rate Range: $85/hour to $90/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Experience with ANSYS or similar tools for stress, CFD, and vibration analysis.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma and DFMEA methodologies.
• Strong technical, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with standard PC and engineering software.
