Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Denver office. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing complex mechanical engineering projects for our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) firm. Your expertise and innovative mindset will contribute to the successful design and implementation of cutting-edge mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of mechanical systems for a wide range of projects, including commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to understand project requirements and develop cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
Conduct thorough analysis and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, supporting their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Perform site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and resolve any mechanical system-related issues during construction phases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
