Job summary

The position owns CAPEX project planning, drives reliability programs, leads process improvements, and oversees installation and startup of new equipment.

Strong Root Cause Analysis and Lean manufacturing background required. This is an on-site, disciplined engineering role with visible impact on asset performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred).
• Plant/Operations-driven with strong root cause analysis and problem solving.
• 2-3 years of plant engineering experience in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns CAPEX project planning, justification, and execution across the plant.
• Drives equipment reliability programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.

Position Overview

• Owns capital expenditure (CAPEX) project planning, justification, and execution across the plant
• Drives equipment reliability programs to reduce unplanned downtime and extend asset life
• Leads initiatives to reduce cycle times on production equipment through process and mechanical improvements
• Manages the installation, commissioning, and startup of new equipment
• Provides direction and leadership consistent with company and business plan goals
• Directs and drives the use of problem-solving methods for plant and equipment downtime issues
• Responsible for improving process efficiency and plant layout through best practices, SOPs, and lean manufacturing

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred)
• Plant/Operations-driven Engineering professional with a strong background in Root Cause Analysis/Problem Solving
• At least 2-3 years of Plant Engineering experience within a highly regulated environment
