Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications: Vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1–3 years in assembly or related field.
• Ability to read and interpret company documents, such as safety rules and procedures.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with instructions and procedures.
• Operate machines and use hand tools.
• Inspect own and/or others’ work for correctness against drawings.
• Apply process specifications governing production in assigned cell.
• Record production time and quantity data at the cell.
• Assist with training and development in other production cells/locations.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; maintain regular attendance.
