Job summary

Parker HVAC Filtration Division, a part of Parker Hannifin Corporation, is seeking an Assembler I to join our production team in Indiana. You will assemble moderate to complex parts using hand and power tools, while meeting SQDC targets and following 5S and safety standards.

This entry level role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficient production in a manufacturing environment. Strong English communication and the ability to pass a tape measure test are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to pass a tape measuring test.
• HS Degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble moderate to complex parts.
• Moderate tool usage.
• Computer usage as required.
• Complete Day by Hour and First Piece Inspection.
• Meet or exceed assigned SQDC metrics.
• Complete 5S + safety requirements.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Maintain production and operate necessary equipment.
• Record production data.
• Clean work areas.
• Regular quality inspections, escalation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
