Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in ArchitecturalEngineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
• LEED Accredited professional preferred

Responsibilities

• Review project scope and budget with Project Manager or client
• Design mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, plumbing and fire protection
• Create engineering documents using CAD (Revit and AutoCAD) or with junior staff
• Edit project specifications and perform site measurements
• Coordinate with other disciplines and communicate scope changes
