Qualifications

• Must have safety-first mindset and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary design environment.
• Strong CAD and 3D modeling skills, including piping design.
• Experience with 3D CAD tools and ability to learn new design software.
• Ability to lead or collaborate as part of a design team and coordinate with vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality design packages for mechanical systems and facilities.
• Develop and review 3D models and P&IDs.
• Coordinate work with other disciplines, clients, and vendors.
• Perform site walks and field assessments as needed.
• Mentor junior designers and drafters; manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent, technical training preferred
