You will work across materials such as textiles, polymers, and composites, guiding design from concept to mass production and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and craft.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• 5+ years of engineering experience including a full-cycle product launch.
• Proficiency in integrating design to balance materials, geometry and structural trade-offs.
• Deep knowledge in thin-walled design and high‑performance composites.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of product lifecycle for Class-A surfaces.
• Integrate cladding subsystems balancing aesthetics, cost and time.
• Define design criteria and perform dimensional stack-up analysis.
• Create 3D CAD models and 2D drawings with GD&T and datum strategy.
• Coordinate prototyping, validation, and supplier reviews.
• Apply failure-mode avoidance thinking for long-term reliability.
