Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in design engineering.
• SolidWorks proficiency (or equivalent software).
• High mechanical aptitude and experience with shop and hand tools.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to present to large groups and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Use project management software to plan and execute tasks.
• Use SolidWorks to design and refine products.
• Build prototypes using CNC, 3D printers, and shop tools.
• Test prototypes and products in the Test Lab.
• Coordinate with engineering team members and SMEs to progress projects.
