Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer focused on liquid cooling systems for modular AI data center platforms. You will own end‑to‑end cooling architecture, pump and piping design, manifold integration, and interface with controls for reliable operation.

You will work across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field teams to translate requirements into scalable, field‑deployable solutions with repeatable fabrication and commissioning standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing mechanical cooling and hydraulic distribution systems.
• Experience in data centers or high‑reliability environments.
• Proficiency with piping sizing, pumps, pressure‑drop analysis, and hydraulic modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end mechanical cooling and fluid‑distribution architecture for modular data center platforms.
• Define piping layouts, valve schedules, and instrumentation requirements across configurations.
• Review vendor drawings, submittals, and equipment selections for design intent alignment.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, controls, commissioning and field teams.
• Develop designs for repeatable fabrication, testing, deployment and phased expansion.
