Work with suppliers to select appropriate glass types, coatings, seals, adhesives, and installation methods that meet performance targets and manufacturing constraints.

Utilize FEA, CFD, and other simulation tools to validate structural, thermal, and sealing performance in varied environmental conditions.

Drive testing and validation of glazing and sealing systems, including leak testing, thermal cycling, and noise/vibration/harshness (NVH) assessments.

Manage CAD models, drawings, tolerance stacks, and BOMs with a focus on fit, finish, and assembly robustness.

Keep up to date with industry innovations in glazing materials, sealing techniques, and bonding technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance product reliability and comfort.
