Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Approximately 10 years of mechanical/systems engineering experience.
• Experience in ISO-9001 or AS9100 environments.
• Strong design configuration management experience.
• Experience developing aerospace/defense mechanical/electro-mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop system architectures for new products and integrated systems (hoist/winch, cargo hooks).
• Translate customer needs into specifications and designs.
• Apply mechanical principles to analyze forces, moments, and stresses.
• Perform 3D modeling, simulations (FEA), prototyping, testing, and documentation.
• Support project plans and ensure production transition and aftermarket support.
