The Raytheon Hardware Engineering (HWE) Organization leads the mechanical-electrical hardware design, development and production of critical defense systems. The HWE Team uses state-of-the-art tools, processes, technology, and Raytheon’s CORE principles. HWE’s capabilities encompass a broad range of technical disciplines including engineering, manufacturing, technical services, materials, processes, analysis, test and documentation.
The Radar Mechanical Design Department leads mechanical design, development, and integration of some of the most innovative land-based and shipboard radars in the world, including phased array radar systems, electronic modules, pedestals, and power and liquid cooling systems.
Senior Cooling Systems Engineer will support cooling and hydraulic systems used in a variety of harsh environmental military applications. The primary responsibility is to design and support the fabrication, testing and installation of custom liquid-cooled systems for radars, and to support custom air-cooling of power and communication shelters.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD. The salary range is a good faith estimate and covers all experience levels.
