Job summary

MSS Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager Mechanical to lead large mechanical construction projects in the United States. You will coordinate with general contractors and customers, develop scopes, manage schedules, vendor orders, and cost controls, while ensuring safety and quality. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years PM experience in mechanical piping, sheet metal and HVAC systems, plus a relevant degree or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in mechanical construction.
• Experience with mechanical piping, sheet metal and HVAC equipment.
• Proven ability to manage large projects and read technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Determine mechanical construction needs to meet facility requirements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for project activities with GC or customer.
• Approve invoices and manage project closeout documentation.
• Develop scope of work and project specifications.
• Coordinate project schedule and issue purchase orders for subcontractors.
• Negotiate prices to optimize costs and coordinate with internal divisions.
• Manage field supervision and maintain cost estimates and budgets.
• Prepare monthly status reports and track productivity.
