Job summary

Canadian Breaks Consulting, LLC is seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of high-purity piping systems for data centers, semiconductors, and cleanrooms. You will manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction to turnover, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience in stainless and high-purity piping, proficiency with design and project management tools, and strong communication

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical construction and piping.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction for process and high-purity piping, including scope definition, budgeting, and schedule development.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules and look-ahead plans for piping work.
• Coordinate with design and engineering teams to review P&IDs, isometrics, BIM models, and layouts.
• Oversee procurement and logistics for piping materials and assemblies.
• Manage trade partners and internal crews in cleanrooms, data halls, and utility areas.
• Ensure piping work complies with codes and project standards (ASME B31.3, BPE).
• Plan and oversee inspections and testing, and compile turnover packages.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to protect budget and schedule.
