Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in mechanical construction, specifically HVAC and plumbing.
• Experience managing multiple multi-million-dollar projects simultaneously.
• Strong financial and operational understanding of construction project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple concurrent commercial HVAC and/or plumbing projects.
• Monitor project safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance.
• Manage relationships with owners, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
