Qualifications

• Five or more years of estimating experience in construction projects.
• Experience preparing estimates for commercial/industrial mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specs, and contract documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop complete cost estimates for commercial and industrial mechanical projects from concept through bid submission.
• Review plans and specs to determine scope and pricing.
• Perform quantity surveys for HVAC, piping, ductwork, controls, insulation, and related components.
• Compile labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs into estimates.
• Prepare pricing packages for bids, negotiated work, and preconstruction services.
