Job summary

bkimechanical is seeking a qualified commissioning manager to oversee site-specific activities for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Data Center environments.

This role involves managing commissioning activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires strong knowledge of mechanical systems and commissioning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of equivalent job experience in commissioning roles.
• 5+ years of commissioning experience, preferably in Data Center environments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioning activities for new or retrofit facilities.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure project compliance.
• Implement policies to support project schedule and contractual obligations.
