Job summary

Fusion Business Solutions (P) Limited seeks an experienced Lead Senior Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to spearhead mechanical commissioning for large-scale data center and mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will lead L1–L5 activities, perform tests, and validate systems.

Strong HVAC knowledge, 7+ years of commissioning, and 3+ years leading data-center projects are required. Travel to project sites will be regular, and collaboration with clients and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of commissioning engineering experience
• 3+ years of Lead Mechanical Commissioning experience in data centers
• Direct L1–L5 commissioning execution and leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical commissioning activities across L1–L5
• Perform functional testing, witness testing, and system validation
• Evaluate and troubleshoot HVAC, chillers, boilers, pumps, and automation systems
• Review mechanical design and construction documents
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development
